I wish we had good raw ripe fruit in this country (USA). But until the producers start caring more about quality instead of just quantity of just getting any quality of fruit on the market ,we will never have good raw ripe fruit.

Hello I am due to have a hip replacement on the 29th June as I had a hysterectomy three years ago and since then I have found my body changing so much! I have a 65% block in my aortic valve, so aortic stenosis and I have just started a fruit and vegetable juice diet only. Is there anything you would recommend that could help?
