I love that young folks are starting early and will likely live a long healthy life if they don’t fall prey to the extreme marketing techniques that companies use to sabotage young people.

I keep wondering: Why those times? Why not 7am and 7pm, so most people wouldn’t have to set an alarm to wake up and take their herbs at 1am.
