LETS GO BABYY ANOTHER VIDEO

Dr. Morse, you saved my life back during the Plandemic. I became fruitarian slightly prior to that because of your videos on YouTube. I followed strict Pineapple, Grapes, Watermelon, Apples, but mostly tons and tons of Pineapple and Grapes as my staple. I reversed all the medical issues in my life. I am now having severe issues with my arms and hands going numb while I sleep. I do a lot of axe work with the trees in my yard and I played drums for years. Can you help me figure this out? I was sent to Federal Prison in 22 which uprooted my entire life. I had never been in trouble in my life. I had developed an Adderall addiction while going for my Masters in Social Work. I also was a collector of rare firearms and it was discovered by the ATF that I lied on my paperwork about having an addiction issue. I never knew it was illegal to own a firearm while having a private addiction. I had even written to you prior to my arrest asking for help with finding a good quality rehab. My wife also reached out but it was too late. I was arrested and charged and sentenced to 5 years 3 months. I got out after 3 years 8 months because I am not a criminal minded person and stood out of trouble. I was rewarded for good behavior. I was a school teacher prior while going for my MSW. I didnt not complete my MSW due to the arrest and now am banned from returning to Rhode Island College. Long story short, I am substance free and living a wholesome life with my wife and kids. I am suffering from this numbness which is in my hands and arms and the onset it nocturnal primarily but does affect me randomly during the day when I hold tools or a cellphone for too long. Please help me. You saved my life once before and I thank you for that. I basically only ate packaged snacks in Federal Prison because the food was literally evil and toxic. The snacks were just as evil but palatable. God Bless, Ronald Armand Andruchuk… The charge they gave me was the same as Hunter Bidens. He was Pardoned, I was not, lol…

Hi Ronald,
I always heard Dr Morse said to avoid pineapple for cleansing as they are on more of the acid side of fruits. Unless they’re ripe on vine before harvesting, or else most of it is very acidic.
I used to be a big into sports and repeated use my arm in a certain throwing position. And before i heard about Dr. Morse, i found that massaging the muscles in the base of the neck/ shoulder area gave permanent relieve to the numbing sensation to my arms (especially during sleep) because the injuries would tighten up the muscles and thus end up pinching the nerves nearby, and also the tight muscle could shift your spine to a certain direction which then pulls on the nerves that are delicate there.
I hope it helps!

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and thank you for your response. My life has been an epic rollercoaster. God Bless

Wow, way to go Ronald! Eating all fruit and reversing all your medical conditions. Awesome. Only if you’d care to share, but it’s encouraging to hear success stories. Care to share what you reversed?
I used to have hands (and toes) that numbed out. I’m trying to remember what shifted it. My first thought was yoga. But thinking about it more, I think taking B-12 helped.
I don’t think Dr. Morse believes B-12 is a solution, however, so why not submit some eye pictures? That would be cool.

I had all prediabetic symptoms, including this rust color creeping up my legs from my feet to my calves basically. I had constant fatigue, basically chronic. I had pain with sciatic nerve issues on my right leg. I had complete and total numbness of my five fingers and wrists. I started slowly with replacing soda with Kombucha and then introducing COq10 and fish oil. Then I moved on to apples and grapes. Ultimately I went full blown fruit for almost 3 years, upwards of 4-6 apples a day, 1 watermelon a day, cherries, oranges, kiwi. But the staples of what I ate the most were Pineapple, upwards of 4 pineapples a day, and 2 packages of grapes, sometimes more. Basically grapes and pineapple became my main staple everyday. Then, my life shifted for the bizarre when I was arrested and sent to Federal Prison because I developed an addiction issue and I was arrested for lying about my addiction issues on a background check with the ATF. I was recently released and I am back to the fruits but not 100 percent yet. I finally have a new beginning and a brand new start to a wonderful life… And most importantly substance free…

How are we supposed to go on an all grape diet when I cannot find seeded grapes anywhere? I know someone who drove 1.5 hours north of indiana to find seeded grapes and still did not find it. The only remaining seeded grapes that I know of that are concord grapes, but that only harvests in November and are very expensive. Can we just eat seedless grapes?
Greg
It’s fine. Eat the grapes lol.

I am reading a book (Rosemarey Gladstar’s Herbal Recipes for Vibrant Health) and it’s talking about United Plant Savers (UpS), dedicated to the conservation and cultivation of North American medicinal plants and the habitat they trive in.
I know Dr. Morse has said herbs are increasingly hard to come by. Is he a member of UpS?

I am really curious if the chiroprator’s mother continued and got well. (She sounds like my Dad,lol.)

What a great video, thanks Dr. Morse.
Gaston, I’m in Canada and we had a real winter even in southern Ontario this year (though still not as cold as when I was a kid. I’m 60. It was kinda funny listening to people go on about how cold it was.)
If you don’t mind a guess, my guess is that it’s detox. I’ve been eating mostly raw for years and have reached the point where I’m no longer cold all the time and don’t have lots of weird symptoms (though I did last fall when 100% fruit. I don’t plan to do that again until I can do it with herbs!!)
I swear the more I heal the less I stress. I think my adrenals are healing. My blood pressure seems to be heading up (from low). Top numbers were L 111 and R 105 the other day. (Up from 80’s)
These days I don’t eat organic much anymore, for financial reasons, but also because the non-organic is often more ripe. (I do soak things like grapes and apples in water with half a cup of apple cider vinegar for 20 minutes, then rinse, let dry a bit, then bag.)
A typical day is some apples (the ripe ones are wonderful but can be hard to come by), bananas (with spots so they’re ripe).
Later in the day I have frozen blueberries (thawed), then a blended dressing with tomatoes, oranges/clementines/grapefruit, an avocado, and a leafy green (and maybe sprouted alfalfa or clover or sprouted sesame seeds), and sometimes some ground flax. To get off salt, I had to go hard on the greens.
I eat my dressing with lettuce, or mushrooms, or cucumbers, or such like. If I’m still hungry, I’ll add warmed frozen peas and/or dates (ideally soaked, but not always).
It’s imperfect, but wow my knees haven’t felt this good since I was a kid. I keep getting stronger and more flexible. My young co-worker with hypothyroidism commented today on all my energy. I told her it’s yoga plus how I eat. She was interested. Unusual. 🙂
