I was diagnosed late 2018 after a kidney biopsy, they thought I had Lupus to start with.

I have a translucent spot in the middle of my vision that appears to be spinning like a vortex.

If we are to go on an all grape diet, I’m assuming this means grapes with seeds and not GMO seedless grapes. However, I cannot find seeded grapes anywhere near me – I don’t know where to look as they’re not in any common stores. All main stores sell only seedless grapes – even the international stores. Do you have a certain place to get seeded grapes?

Re what nursing homes feed people:
I was creating a worm composter with food grade buckets. A friend worked in a nursing home and she said she could get some buckets out of the trash for me. She kept bringing me a lot of big buckets that used to have margarine in them.
I finally said, “I’m grateful for these, but do they really go through this much margarine?!?” Yes.
