I don’t understand how one gets the protein they need to build muscle if you’re just eating berries, melons, and vegetables How would I get 125 g of protein a day?

There’s protein in fruits, amino acids that are assimilated to help build muscles. Look at Ted Carr and Orvel Douglas

The proteins; amino acids are in the fruits and veggies. Plant protein. We don’t need that much protein as we think we do.

Video reminds me of the City of Hope commercial where a man talks about “cancer evolving”… They are ready for it! Like cancer is some evil thing lurking and adapting to kill us! Its the dumb-dumbs killing people.
Which does bring me to the one question of cancer I have…. children born with or develop as infants. Is that from the mother/parents during development?

had a poem procedure back on November 17 2025 im 78yrs old haven’t felt good since no appetite and lost 25lbs since June Im taking pecid my GI Dr told me to take doesn’t help…before having my procedure I had H pylori please help!!!

Can someone on Dr. Morse’s team please clarify the contradiction between what Dr. Robert Morse is saying in all his videos that cruciferous vegetables are not good in general because of the sulfur, but in his book “The detox miracle sourcebook” pg 225, under Power house juicing, it says “Juicing cabbage and the cruciferous vegetables is very beneficial for cancer cases”.

Doc does contradict himself
Morse contradicts himself often vs what his miracle detox books says.

Contradictions occur when a person creates volumes of information over decades. The first reason can be simple discovery of new information. The second reason can be context of the question or situation. Last reason would be the difference between the “perfect” or “preferred” state of being versus a less perfect but situationally necessary state of being. An example would be the requirement for morphine because of a surgery. Another example would be the use of vegetable juices for specific cancers. It may not be the best solution but for some people it is the only one available to them or tolerate to them.
The way to understand perceived contradictions is to look at everything in the entirety and not from a narrow perspective. The bible is much the same way. One line of scripture in the entire book can appear to be a contradiction, until you step back and take it all in as a whole.

haha I totally get it. I also prefer to look at things in its entirety. I guess it’s just a very glaring contrast from the book and what he’s preaching now that was kind of throwing me off.
