I hear white beans are alkaline forming is this true?

I consider them too high in protein, plus you have to cook them. They can cause gas.

How to get started, deal w/severe constipation, floaters, had whiplash bad affected my neck(dizziness) I go to chiropractor and lower back pain and neuropathy (numbness in feet) cold hands and feet. Thanks

Thanks so much for the Dog Question and answer, so interesting. I won’t take my dog into Europe in our Motorhome, because he would have to be pumped full of vaccines, every trip he’d go on. I also put him on a 36 hour fast of fruit, once a month, just to give his digestion and kidneys a rest.
