I am so glad that I got a notice today after a long time without hearing from this questions.
So good to hear your answers and your instructions.
I am also interested in Eck and reading Paul Twichell’s books. I signed up for information from Eckankar. Their meetings are on Sunday’s and when I am at church. ;o)

I’ve been diagnosed with Alpha 1 antitrysen deficiency 16 years ago. I’m on oxygen at night now 1ml/minute.
