    1️⃣What are the benefits of consuming the seeds whilst eating grapes?

    2️⃣The grapes I have access to are from the supermarket. Although I wash them with baking soda and vinegar, I tend to peel off the skins due to concerns with pesticides. Albeit having them properly washed, should I consume the peeks as well, and therefore, the entire grape?

    3️⃣As a neuroscience researcher, I’m interested in molecules. What compounds in grapes are the ones responsible for their astringency?
