All of this is causing me to lose my breath and have me struggling at times to breathe.

My legs and feet burn, and the bottom of my feet are numb I am not diabetic, I have heart problems, a heart medication caused it!!! When I eat fruit, or carbohydrates, my feet, and legs burn more, can anyone help please!! Thank You

If straight fruit is too much slow it down a bit with a salad, cucumbers tomatoes lettuce avocados onions, lemon and salt as dressing. If even thats too fast, add avocado, if even that’s too much, cooked veggies, anything heavier than cooked veggies, like pasta, meat, beans cheese you’re going to stop the detox

I don’t know if you saw but the office in Florida is trying to pass a law that bans the spraying of chemtrails in the whole state of Florida. That’s amazing news for a change, I wish they could do this here in Spain, some days you can’t even look at the sky and the air is super dense. They are literally trying to harm us, plus the poisons and pesticides and all the produce we buy if not organic

I love that! I wish that were common knowledge. (And I wish people heard that and got excited like I do. But I’ve observed that for most people, it’s not good news that they have the power to remove their symptoms by changing what they eat.)
