    How can we exercise these beings who enter or try to take over when we’re asleep ing , noticing half my body feels like something else is using Or tryn to puppet us and the mind hacking waking us up at night , getting to a better place by not letting it gas light us, they love to triangulation your mind. Thoughts , just don’t get caught up in it , it’s a lessen to get our own power back, dark agent grooming ..not gonna do , stay in unconditional love ,connect to universal unconditional love heart, I always ask these fake light beings Show me your unconditional love light heart weird program’s government has goin .
