River suffered an anoxic brain injury and the doctors painted a very dark picture for us, saying that he would never open his eyes again and asking me to let him go. I refused.

I'm 58 and two years ago was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Gleason Score 7 (4+3), PSA was 1.6 at the time of diagnosis. (It was 3.6 about a month ago).
