    Very interesting as usual. A friend of mine told me about you and your way of eating. I started eating only organic fruits and vegetables on Nov4, 2021. I have lost about 7 pounds already. My belly has decreased a lot.
    I got your book and read it. Good stuff!
    I have had an irregular heartbeat for several years now. I hope to heal it and get back to my former self soon. BTW, I’ll be 64 in January.
