What can I do for ibs, bloating. I had an abdominal ultrasound. ADDITIONAL FINDINGS: Liver: Liver morphology is unremarkable. No focal liver lesion. Biliary System: No biliary ductal dilation. Gallbladder: Normal sonographic appearance of the gallbladder. Spleen: Normal size. Pancreas: The visualized portion is normal. Kidneys: Mildly small volume of the right kidney. Normal renal parenchymal echotexture. No hydronephrosis. Aorta: Visualized portion is nonaneurysmal.
What can I do for my right Kidney? I do have a little pain on my right side below my rib cage. Also is okay to take MSM also know as Methylsulfonylmethane, or sulfur? For the ibs. Thanks
