I have been eating fruit now for over a month with a few slip-ups but have lost 14 pounds and I am getting ready to do my first detox when I receive everything (starting with one month detox). I am nervous about doing it but I know I need to do it so that I feel better. It’s difficult talking to people about eating all fruit and it’s so funny how some act like it’s the end of the world that you can’t eat the other junk we are so used to eating. I look forward to feeling great after the detox. 🙂

Need assistance with healing with swelling and chalazion bumps around my eyes from too much too hot heat compresses and aggressive rubbing. Taking kidney, adrenal, lymph, and 3 herbs formulas now. Also intermittent fasting, I have been working out for long time still doing that too.
