Harvard was the leading college in eugenics studies. This isn’t just something new that’s happening. The elite have been trying to depopulate the planet for more than a century to gain more control than they’ve ever had. If you read The Sociopath Next Door, you see how common it is that people without a conscience find their way into positions of power. 1 in 25 people are sociopaths, by modest expert estimates. It’s not hard to believe those controlling the governments of the world fall into the category.
