My last pregnancy with my son was a bit of a disaster as it felt like he was constantly going to fall down in my body.

I am so happy that Dr. Morse encourages to change to a raw plant based diet while pregnant. All I have heard is that is dangerous due to detoxing, toxins, etc… Not to change to a fruits and raw vegetables diet and staying in a vegan processed cooked diet I find it worse since I am eating the toxins. I always get bloated and constipated after eating these toxic foods.
Dr. Morse how can one heal lymphedema while pregnant, could I do a juice fast if I am 7 weeks pregnant, to reset the body, I am 30 lbs over weight. What supplements, prenatal, herbs and teas will you recommend

I follow Dr. Morse almost 8 months. with raw foods, a lot of herbs. I heal from breastcancer treatments (I stopped). Only 1 breast left. Now I feel I got pregnant… I felt it after 5 days of conceving. It was not planned. But my ovulation was pretty early. Since raw I have a perfect cycle. (even shortly after chemos!) No pains etc. I really wanted to become a mother. Lost the embryo 2020 before cancer diagnosis 2023. I have a big lymphatic stagnation historie. I went always vegan. But raw is the truth for me. I hope this baby will be healthy, its a blessing.
