By the end of the year I stopped being so strict with my diet and also stopped doing the breathing exercises, my mental health deteriorated and my family paid a whole bunch of money for blood tests and one of them showed that my neurotransmitter levels were too low... Do you think that this unbalances happened because of this and what do u recommend for getting those back where they should?
